The company "Global Health" was founded by Austrian Investors in 2004 to commercialize the agent xCid on a global scale.
The Global Health group includes "GHB Technologie
Handels- und Verwertungs GmbH" (GHB) in Austria, "Global Biotech Beijing Co Ltd." (GBB) based in Beijing , GH Bioscience Sdn. Bhd. (GHM) in Malaysia and "Global Health International Company Ltd" (GHI) in Hong Kong.
Global Health has developed 7 product groups comprising over 100 different products under the brand name Care & Safe.
The products for the retail market serve prevention and disinfection. The most successful areas of application to date have been in hospitals, hotels, personal healthcare,veterinary products, industrial applications, including the
automotive and agricultural industry.
The active compound xCid is produced in Austria. GHB owns the patents and the global distribution right for Care & Safe products based on xCid worldwide.
GBB is the licensed partner of GHB for greater China and GHM produces Care & Safe products for the Asian market.
